Conteur Élan is a beverage alcohol brand and is not the licensed beverage alcohol retailer making the online sale to you.
All purchases of beverage alcohol made through this website are managed through an independent technology provider, Flaviar Checkout, and are processed and fulfilled by appropriately licensed beverage alcohol retailers.
Conteur Élan does not take title to beverage alcohol sold through Flaviar Checkout and does not itself accept, process, fulfill, ship or deliver those alcohol orders.
The licensed retailer accepting your order is the seller of record for the applicable transaction.
Purchases facilitated through Flaviar Checkout are subject to the applicable Flaviar terms, policies and disclosures, as well as any applicable terms and policies of the licensed retailer fulfilling your order.

Where these Sale Terms address Conteur Élan's website but Flaviar Checkout or the applicable licensed retailer governs an actual alcohol transaction, the applicable Flaviar Checkout and retailer terms govern that transaction to the extent of any conflict, subject to applicable law.

Conteur Élan does not directly process payment for beverage alcohol transactions facilitated through Flaviar Checkout unless expressly stated otherwise.

Applicable amounts will be determined through the checkout and fulfillment process in accordance with the transaction and applicable law.

Alcohol deliveries require receipt by a person of legal drinking age and may require valid identification.

Because Conteur Élan is not the retailer making the alcohol sale, Conteur Élan does not independently establish the return or cancellation policy applicable to that retailer's transaction.
